Morningside Recovery staff can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our admission lines are staffed by Morningside’s professional admission coordinators, never a call center or answering service. For administrative needs, our main office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. For after hours administrative needs we do utilize an answering service that can put you in touch with any of our staff, as needed. Please call the main office number for any non-admission needs.
Mail for clients is accepted and distributed from our main office only, and opened in the presence of Morningside staff. Please refrain from mailing any items containing alcohol, cash, credit/debit/gift cards. If you have any questions about items our clients can receive, feel free to call our main office.
